Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Services

We are committed to providing customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our Customer Support Center does not maintain a full staff after normal business hours; however, we do maintain a full support staff for your A.O.G. needs. You should still call the same telephone number 24 hours a day. After normal business hours, our A.O.G. Desk will answer your call, which is recorded, and immediately relay your message to the Customer Service person on call. The Customer Service person will contact you immediately to assist you in satisfying your A.O.G. requirement.

If your A.O.G. does not require an immediate response, please follow the guidelines found in Placing an A.O.G. Order and Fax it to (937) 484-2101.


Placing an A.O.G.Order

Please follow the procedures below when placing an A.O.G. order:

  • Phone 1-800-788-5118 or (937) 484-2300 (Be sure to state that this is an A.O.G. situation.)

Please have the following information available:

  • Your customer account number (if you are an established customer)
  • Your company name
  • Your "ship to" address
  • Your "bill to" address
  • Method of payment
      => MasterCard
      => VISA
      => Active Account
      => COD

  • Lighting and Electronics part number and quantity
  • Aircraft tail number
  • Aircraft type

A Honeywell Lighting and Electronics Customer Service Representative will:

  • Provide price and ship details
  • Confirm shipping and billing address
  • Confirm method of payment
  • Confirm method of shipment (please advise of any special handling you may require)
