Located in Urbana, Ohio, this center occupies a 46,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility and is committed to total customer service. This commitment is best illustrated through the newest, most advanced technology available in the areas of communication, computer systems, materials handling, forecasting and planning techniques. The incorporation of ATA SPEC 2000 into our existing paperless, on-line/real-time order management system enables us to greatly improve communications with and responsiveness to our customers worldwide.

L&E's customer service representatives develop a rapport with their accounts and understand special requests and procedures required for processing and/or reporting up-to-date status information. This approach leads to better service and improves customer relations.

Our Technical Support Engineers can handle any situation that may arise, from creating service manuals to answering specific product inquiries, to modification and interchangeability issues and more. Lighting & Electronics offers a complete range of technical services, such as Repair, Overhaul, Modification and Rework, Troubleshooting and Training. Expert Stand-Alone and Add-On Service programs are also available to meet special customer needs.
